Ilenora is always more than happy to do custom images for anybody who wishes to have one. Here you may view the prices for both 3D and digitally painted commissions.

By Commissioning me, you are complying to the
Terms of Agreement:

1 - Do not redistribute, reproduce, or use for personal profit (i.e. selling it in whatever form may it be t-shirts, key chains, prints, etc.). This does not apply to book illustrations/covers.
2 - Personal use of the image is allowed, i.e. desktop image and icons. Use in web layouts is also permitted so long as the site/blog is your own and a link to this site is shown.
3 - Original characters will still hold the copyright of the original creator/owner. This does not mean however that you are free to claim that you yourself did the artwork.
4 - I reserve the right to refuse your commission for whatever reason should I wish.

I will not do:

Sexually suggestive images/poses.
Excessive violence/gore (I will do small wounds, bruises, etc).

Please note that with entirely 3D commissions, it may be difficult to get the exact sort of hair, clothing or props you want, as I do have limited 3D items. But I will try to the best of my ability to get the image as close as possible to what you request.

You may also request that certain parts be digitally painted on a 3D image.
If you wish to have the hair, clothes or objects painted onto a 3D image, please include the information in your email in the area specified in the form below. Prices will be determined depending on what parts you wish to have painted.

I can also do book covers and illustrations. Please email me if you are interested and we can work out the details and price. Animals/creatures added to any commission will cost extra.

Please allow 7-14 days for 3D commissions and around 14 days for Digitally Painted commissions. Large, detailed commissions may take longer.

Prices are for single character, basic background images. All prices are estimates and will vary depending on the content of the image you request.

Methods of payment I accept:

• Internet Banking (Not available to Internationals.)

• Credit Card - There are 3 ways you can pay by VISA or MasterCard.
   * Online Secure payment through our CBA Secured Gateway.
   * Fax your Credit Card details to us
   * Phone through your Credit Card details

• Bank Cheques - Please allow at least 5 working days for it to clear.  (Not available to Internationals.)

• Direct Deposit - (Not available to Internationals.)

• Money Orders - (Not available to Internationals.)

Reference material. This is important in getting the character to look as it should. If no pictures can be found, please make sure to give a very detailed description.

2 - After receiving your order, I shall send you the full details and any applicable price adjustments.
3 - Various previews will be sent to you while I'm working on the image. The first preview will be the base character with face morphs. When I have made sure the face is as you want it, I'll move onto the pose, clothes, etc. Each step I'll send another preview. (Note! Previews can either be sent by email, or if you prefer, they can be uploaded to my gallery here in a special Work in Progress section.)
4 - Once your image is completed, I shall send you a small preview with a large watermark on it. If you are satisfied, I shall send you the full, high quality image in .jpg format along with a resized version for sending on emails or using in web layouts, etc.
